Hatteras Harbor fishing report 10-15

Weather was calmer in the morning but breezed up in the afternoon. Wahoo was excellent and Yellowfin Tuna had been a very good catch. No boats fished inshore.

Bite Me: David Jochum of Washington, DC caught a 42lb Wahoo. Hugh Janus of Frisco, NC released a Barracuda.

Excellent fishing right now with plenty of boats out! Weather was awesome and windy with winds increasing in the afternoon, but anglers stated it was really worth it. Wahoo were the catch of the day with many citation dimension. Fair Dolphin have been caught as effectively as a scattered Blackfin Tuna and King Mackerel. Hatteras Fever introduced a Blue Marlin and Tuna Duck produced a White Marlin.

Tuna Duck: Brian Evans of Ruffin, NC introduced a White Marlin.

Bite Me: James Raines of Blairsville, GA caught a 44lb Wahoo.

Hatteras Fever: Steven Guyton of Wilmington, OH introduced a Blue Marlin right now and a Sailfish (Oct 13th).

Massive Eye: James Odell of Kannapolis, NC caught a 64lb Wahoo. Albert Fox of Sabillasville, MD caught a 43lb Wahoo.

Sundown: Peter Clarke of Raleigh, NC caught a 53lb Wahoo.

Overcast day with many boats out fishing. The main catch today was Wahoo with some good sizes getting brought to the dock. Dolphin fishing was honest and there have been scattered Blackfin Tuna. Hatteras Fever produced a Sailfish.

Inshore excellent Speckled Trout and Red Drum.

Sundown: Travis Strausser of Cuyahoga Falls, OH caught a 40lb Wahoo. Luke Strausser of Akron, OH caught a 42lb Wahoo.

Just a single of our boats fishing nowadays, they had a rather very good day. They caught ten Wahoo, a handful of Black bout Tuna and a couple of bailer dimension Dolphin
