&quotDon and Corinne&quot | Tiberias – 22′ | ten/13/11

Don and Corinne from Nebraska joined me for a fifty percent day trip this morning. We commenced off focusing on trout with artificials, but by no means connected. We moved on to try out and find the redfish. Corinne hooked up on a are living mullet and the drag was slipping just a bit. The combat was on! Its a trout! We obtained Corinne reloaded and the following bite was a redfish. I am not certain Corinne was quite prepared for the combat. She did a fantastic task sticking with it and landed our first slot red of the day. Meanwhile, Don hooks up challenging, drag screaming, angler and reel each straining beneath strain. Don did quick operate and did a excellent occupation at angling one more great slot red to the boat. Corinne hooks up yet again and it is yet another wonderful trout. Lady Luck! We had a couple a lot more mystery hook ups and swift break offs. We landed a couple of toadfish and the motion went lifeless. I was getting all set to pull the lines and head elsewhere. Corinne’s reel started out whining, then screaming and the battle was on yet again! Corinne landed a 26&quot brute of a redfish. I decided to go look for a flounder to full her slam. We could not locate one particular ready to bite a hook. I decided to attempt and stop the day with one more redfish. We doubled up and ended the day on a great be aware! I really like it! Thanks for fishing with me men! See ya on the h2o!

&quotFall Brawl fishing forecast&quot | OIFC Environment Cat / Carolina Cat | 10/thirteen/11

Seems to be like issues are coming together for a repeat of last years Fall Brawl King Mackerel Tourney where most of the fish were caught at Lighthouse Rocks. Last couple days have witnessed strengthening King fishing coming from Lighthouse Rocks. Have heard of some good types getting caught there. Looking out to following weeks climate, it seems to be stable. A weak front arrives thru subsequent Thursday and weekend seems to be exceptional. As fish start off to develop into LHR, if weather stays stable, fish must also remain steady. Hoping for a all out traditional fall Carolina King bite!
