We took off on a marlin trip today with Outer Banking institutions vacationers Aaron & Kristin, Lisa & Christopher, and Colum all from MD. It took a although for us to find some fish, but the moment there we saw eight ome into our spread. Although we had some negative luck holding on to them, we did get a few to the boat for release. A highlite of the day was when we hooked a pair of 25 & thirty pound gaffers. The dinner purchase was stuffed. What a stunning day we loved.

8-19-11 far more great marlin fishing
Invoice Carmen hosted some buddies from Tidewater and from the west coast for a marlin fishing excursion these days. There had been some thunderstorms south of us this morning but they never ever produced it up to in which we have been fishing. For the duration of the day 10 white marlin entered our spread and five were introduced to the boat for release. We also spent a couple of hrs chasing a quickly transferring college of tuna that popped up….managing to land two out of 5 bites. Lindy, Karen, Preston, Paul and Milton appreciated a extremely relaxed day on the ocean. Only desire marlin fishing had been greater. We landed in an place with tons of birds and bait. Trolled all around for an hour or so without a nibble. Then we labored up to where other boats had some action and caught two out of 5 bites for the day. Boats noted from to 8 billfish nowadays. The last couple of trips we have been white marlin fishing and looking forward to the upcoming Virginia Beach billfish tournament. Now we have concerns about Irene crashing our get together.
