Pez Machine Sportfishing — Yellowfin Limit, 4 Makos, Dolphin

We had our first overnighter of the year previous night and headed out to the piece of h2o to the south.

We started trolling around 3pm and had a number of shots at yellowfins prior to sunset. We went two for 2, three for three and two for two, for a swift seven 35-45 pounders in the boat.

Following the 3rd shot of yellowfin we turned close to and had a mako explode on a vast range. We introduced the fish as it was as well close to contact and we planned to expend the evening sharking anyway.

We didn’t get our initial shark bite until moonset and then we had good action for about 2 hours. Our first mako bit close to 1am and it ended up becoming a 78 inch male. We pitched a bait to another mako the identical dimension as we had been fighting the initial and we launched it a handful of minutes following we boated the other.

We launched a 4th mako around three:30am and pulled the hook on a very good fish all around 3:45.

At four:15 a skipjack loin requires off and we proceeded to battle this factor for over four hours without viewing it. Eventually, at eight:30am we saw that it was a monster tiger shark and have been in a position to cut the leader boatside.

During the 4+ hour battle we had been marking fish below the boat so we obtained right up on the troll and had 3 far more shots at yellowfin in a 50 percent hour. We put 5 far more in the boat to restrict out and headed house.
