Canyon Runner – Catch a Couple – 70 Longfin/18 Yellowfin/3 Swords/Mahi

We have been fishing each day the climate permits (which has not been significantly in the prior three weeks with these storms) but have been slightly lazy in submitting reviews. For good reasons that shall goes unnamed we just need a break from the net globe each and every the moment in a whilst and this was our break. The fishing was okay in these earlier three weeks, however alot of time required to be set in to place six-ten fish in the boat. Not yesterday!!!

The fishing was far too very good not to let absolutely everyone know in circumstance you want to get out with your personal boat or on a charter so please examine on.

Both boats left the dock yesterday early morning and ran to the eddy that has been sitting offshore of the edge for three weeks now but is now final inshore from the the Toms to the Lindy. Trolling for a number of hrs to uncover the fish we realized it was only a issue of time and we would locate them. An boy did they uncover them.

Capt. Mark was the 1st on the fish and in three hrs caught forty five longfin on the troll. Naturally almost everything worked so he stayed with the plastic and had 5, 6, seven, eight on at a time. The longfin are from 35 – 65 lbs. He also added a bunch of mahi. Calling in Capt. Phil he also received into the bite catching 25 in 2.five hrs ahead of his charter asked to end fishing and go property. They stayed for the night bite.

The night bite was also red hot with the 48 Canyon Runner catch 14 yellowfin and two swords to 140 lbs and the 60 Ritchie Howell Canyon Runner catching four ahead of using the tuna rods out and just placing swords rods out following 10pm – they also caught a sword.

Equally boats were on their way house early with the 60′ leaving at 3am and the 48′ at five:30am. Neither hung around for the morning bite that could have been the best as for each the Sea Devil report as they currently had 88 tuna and 3 swords.

Before anyone will get their panties in a bunch – they released a lot more than they kept.
