The Pitts family from Alabama spent their early morning fishing off the island of Lanai, wherever the striped marlin have been coming up. The striped marlin were elusive that early morning but the Pitts household did catch a mahi rather.

Not astonishingly, Hank and Tanya Graham fished Lanai in hopes of working throughout some striped marlin. Hank and Tanya imagined they hooked a single when the long gone Ahi P took off around the Lanai lighthouse. The fish turned out to be a mahi, which was fine with Hank and Tanya.

Even though trolling alongside the coastline of Maui, Jeremy Cook hooked a wonderful kawakawa. The inshore tuna set up an entertaining fight on mild tackle.
