Do you pull a Dredge?

I am hunting to get a dredge to pull this Spring/Summer from the scupper. Not seeking to spend as well much and I DO NOT want purely natural fish that I have to rig. I have fished with the Mylar strip dredges as effectively as the personal plastic fish with holograms and the two search quite excellent…I know the ideal dredge is a all-natural Mullet dredge but that’s not what I’m looking for. Any views/encounters would be appreciated!!
