Below is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banking companies Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:
These days was primarily sunny and tranquil. We had light north-east winds ten mph and the temperatures had been in the mid fifty′s. Not a lot to report from the surf. The reports have been the same, just some scattered speckled trout on the north beaches and Cape Point is nevertheless keeping puppy sharks and skates. The offshore action is pretty very good. There are still blackfin tuna currently being caught on the vertical jigs and a few yellowfin tuna on trolling deal with. We had a handful of boats go up to the east in lookup of the bluefin tuna nowadays. They identified lots of bluefin tuna busting the surface area on bait but they would not bite the vertical jigging deal with. There have been about several caught on trolling deal with among the Oregon inlet and Hatteras fleets.

No fishing information given that Saturday. However, we do have an inshore light tackle charter scheduled for these days. Bluefin tuna fishing has been remarkable when the weather conditions permits charters to go out. The photo of a released bluefin was sent in by 1 of our captains. The angler was John O’Brien. The bluefin had an estimated bodyweight of 375 pounds and measured 84 inches. Great fishing, John.
