Hatteras Harbor fishing report 8-18

Offshore: Boats came in with good catches of dolphin, (1 citation dimension), and fair catches of wahoo. one blue marlin and 5 sailfish were released.

Around Shore: Boats had good catches of Spanish mackerel, bluefish and one 40lb cobia.

Inshore: Nice catches of speckled trout, speckled and grey trout and some keeper flounder. one red drum was released. Limits of Spanish mackerel in the afternoon!

Fishing was wonderful today, the boats return with excellent catches of Dolphin, Wahoo and Blackfin Tuna. Godspeed, Native Son and Sea Creature all released a Sailfish

Inshore boats caught limits of Spanish Mackerel alongside the beach. There have been also a excellent range of Red Drum caught in the sound some have been keepers and some were also massive to maintain.

Offshore boats had a great day nowadays. They returned with limits of Dolphin with some great gaffers combined in, there were also a few Wahoo and Blackfin Tuna caught. No billfish to report nowadays.

Inshore fishing was a small gradual just a single boat out, they caught a good deal of Flounder but there had been only a handful of keepers. There ended up also some Speckled Trout caught
