Galveston, TX??

Hey guys my sister and brother in law moved down to Texas for a couple years do to relocation of my brother’s job. Anyway, I am arranging to get a trip to see them just before the end of May and wondering what kind of info you guys have as much as fishing goes obviously. Here’s the deal. There neighbor runs (owns) a 54-56ft Viking out of Lakewood County Club into Galveston Bay. To be perfectly sincere he has a good boat but not certain of his capabilities and expertise (really don’t tell him I explained that). I am a quite avid offshore canyon guy here in the northeast canyons and would certainly favor to target the pelagics but may possibly be also late down there. I have previously been as well prolonged winded. Bottom Line is I want any and all about fishing in that location in addition to inshore stuff which I am acquainted.
