Trophy Hunter charters- fishing report 7-13

A great catch made by Capt. Scott while we were away at the baseball tournament at the end of June. Believed you may enjoy. Our previous couple of days ended up a minor less thrilling. The dolphin fishing had slowed and we invested the time searching tuna. On the 7th the action was good if you could get the massive lick. We caught 3 yellowfins for the day. We did loose many other tuna and had three or 4 wahoo get right after us. Tough luck that will not get us every day. Yesterday the weather slowed us down. A marginal forecast the ended up staying on the worst end. We did fish in the early morning and caught two good yellowfins and many excellent sized dolphin. Greater problems should have produced great dolphin action and a tiny much more time would have produced a far better catch of tuna. Our group was happy and I was glad to see the increase in action. We moved our trip for today back until tomorrow hoping to hit the very best climate.
Coming up this week we have Tuesday and Wednesday accessible. Points seem excellent for a opportunity at tuna and dolphin. Allow us know if you are interested in scheduling a trip or would like more data on what we provide. Thank you!

Present day Catch! / Posted by: Kenneth Brown / 07/10/11
Dolphin fishing was sluggish once more these days for the fleet but the good quality bites picked up. Our day started early with a few yellowfins in the morning. We caught 5 for the day with a few of wonderful wahoo and a gaffer dolphin. Climate was wonderful and our gang has some nice fish for the table. There ended up also a couple of scattered white marlin and sailfish in the fleet. Thanks and hope everyone liked the trip.
We still have Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday obtainable for the week. Let us know if you are all set to go fishing this week or later on in the month. Thank you!
