Tournament Rules, License Enforcement
Beneath are the guidelines from the WMO that make a entire whole lot of sense – and the guidelines from the Big Rock – that seem very wishy washy to me – Thoughts?
WMO – Rule #three
—————–
Participants are assumed to have all needed permits, licenses and/or registrations essential by legislation. However, it is not the duty of the tournament officers or directors to validate that all necessary permits, licenses and/or registrations are acquired by anglers participating in the tournament. Failure of a profitable angler to have obtained any or all essential permits, licenses and or registrations shall not be the basis for a protest to be filed below the Common Tournament Principles, or for a fish to be disqualified.
