Taking the kids to OI

I’m pullin my Mako down to Oregon Inlet subsequent weekend, fishing Sat April 2nd. My crew consists of 3 – 12 yr previous boys and a revenue man with fly experience but no offshore. SO…. needless to say I’ll be doing all the perform.

How is the Mahi fishing down there, I see Bluefin are very hot but I don’t have the crew for them, – I’ll verify the SST and gulf but I was looking for assistance on in which has been excellent fishing are they about and good size? I just want the boys to catch some maihi and a stray yellowtail would be great.

Ideas?
