Saturday Fishing Report

People who did not let the rain quit them, caught Bluefish on equally sides of the Stage today. Pup Drum, Bluefish, and Spanish at the Inlet. Tons of massive Spanish off the level yesterday but the grass won out. There ended up Spanish caught off Ramps 34 and 38. Monday fishing report by Dan

A 43 inch red drum was landed this early morning on the southside of the level. Bluefish, pompano, and black drum were also reported today. Some bluefish had been landed on lures, but most were caught on mullet. A tarpon was hooked this afternoon, but was lost right after the initial leap and a almost spooling the 7HT Daiwa crammed with braid. Finger mullets are working the beaches, so have your cast nets ready.
