Bluefish and spanish are still biting lures at the point. Pompano, sea mullet, croakers, flounder, and spots are staying caught on shrimp and bloodworms. In the sound, speckled trout, puppy drum, flounder, and bluefish have been reported these days.

Tuesday Fishing Report

Yet another banner day of fishing on the Island right now, Plenty of spanish at the stage this evening with a few blues mixed in.On the south seaside spot and sea mullet on worms and sand fleas. Many puppy drum caught today up and down the north beaches. Inland trout and Large DRUM ended up caught right now. Off shore dolphin carry on to please the anglers.&quotCome Get You Some&quot HOOP-DEE!!!

Wednesday Fishing report

Spanish and blues carry on at the level in the P M. Citation pompano up northh at 34 and 38 on fleas.Croaker and spot on all seashores on bloodworms. Inshore very good spanish and gray trout catches nowadays alongside with keeper flounder.A 40lb cobia caught nowadays around hatteras inlet.
