Quick Response Striper Charter

Good Striper fishing for our charter today.

www.reefari.com We found a new spot and was it thick with Spangled Emperor, heaps of fish on the sounder and heaps of action. Also known as Yellow Sweetlip and great size of up to 3 kilo’s. We weren’t chasing Spangled Emperor, but that’s fishing, we were after some big Largemouth Nannygai for Jason Kennedy and the TV Crew from Fishin Trip. Believe it or not, one hot drift, and we left them biting, Spangled Emperor after emperor came on board, and all good quality fish. We had multiple hookups with up to 5 hooked up at once. We were nearing the end of a three day charter and the Freezer was full of reef fish, so we moved on, Tuff I know. Big Spangled emperor are great to catch, look great and pull hard, and great eating as well. We also caught some nice trevally, and a good cod on the spot. One lucky Cod as it was also released.
