Point Runner Charters, Oregon Inlet 3-13
On Friday we rescheduled our trip because of to inadequate climate. Nowadays turned out to be a lot calm and bluefin tuna fishing was fairly excellent. Most boats caught from 3 to 8 fish. Several boats reported releasing fish more than 90 inchs. The big news of the day is the 800 pounder landed by the crew aboard Capt Ned’s Sea Breeze. Regulations enable us to preserve one particular giant per year, and one fish per day underneath 73 inches.
Level Runner had the Rempfer crew with us yet again today. Right here is a photograph of a 175 pounder they stored. Thank you guys, look forward to viewing you yet again in July.

three-thirteen-11 a lot more bluefin’s
Chris Hunter and friends from PA came down to catch much more bluefin tuna. They pointed out to me how a lot previous year’s fish was appreciated on the dinner table. The gulf stream had shifted a number of miles overnight and it took a while for some fish to be found. We did not have our 1st encounter until finally practically noon, when we hooked a double header and kept the first a single to the boat. For the afternoon we had a couple far more bites and launched a 250 pounder. We noticed tons of marks as well deep to get a bite from. Possibly they will be in a greater feeding mood next time we get out there.
Many thanks for checking in.
