need help with Grouper fishing off Bimini

I am taking some close friends to Bimini December third-7th. I have a 51ft Bertram Sportfish. I have had excellent achievement in the previous fishing for Wahoo. But I have not completed extremely effectively on the bottom. Granted, I’ve only experimented with 2 times. My close friends and I adore bottom fishing…specifically for Snapper and Grouper. I have a Daiwa 3000 deep-drop rig and two Precision hand held electrical reel outfits ( these are excellent to about 300 ft.) Standard tackle also. If anybody could give me common guidelines/locations to look for great construction I would greatly recognize it or any general numbers wherever I can start off looking for bottom.
