Holden Beach, NC Fishing Report 4-22

I had a five hour and a seven trip on the guides today, but because of to the weather, I moved the five hour am trip to tommorow. The afternoon trip wished to go ahead and go and check out some inshore fishing for whichever would bite, so we headed to Lockwood Folly inlet to anchor up and try to catch a couple of whiting. They ended up there, and wonderful sized one’s too. In the first small bit, we place 18 or twenty in the box, along with 4 or five blues. We also hooked a flounder in the 16-17&quot variety, but misplaced him right at the boat. Right after the present picked up and commenced managing difficult on the falling tide, the bite died off. There was rain commencing to move in, so we made a decision to pack it in for the day. I forgot how a lot enjoyable, and how calming this type of fishing can be. I have a half day in the morning, and a gulf stream trip on Sunday, so keep tuned. For any person out there tommorow, give me a shout on 6, Grace Could, and I’ll let you know what’s taking place.
