Fishing Rods And Gravity

Why is it that when someone is baiting up, unhooking a fish or repairing their rig the fishing rod becomes magnetically drawn to the deck? My outdated gentleman used to go bonkers when I place a rod on the deck, and now I am beginning to snap at other men and women too. There’s a dozen rod holders on the boat and no one can struggle the attraction so it isn’t going to get stepped on and broken? I could have saved a bunch of $ $ $ by not acquiring rod holders if nobody’s likely to use them.

I’m also start to conclude that this specific gravity not only pulls rods to the deck, but that they have their personal gravitational fields as well, exclusively the ideas.
