Fishing Report June 5, 2011 Lahaina Harbor, Maui, Hawaii
The 2nd time was the charm for Mike Bertolucci, who fished two times with Begin Me Up although on Maui. Mike ended up tagging and releasing a blue marlin, which is a dream catch for any salt drinking water fisherman.
Emily Lazek picked up a few of great akus powering Lanai. The region was looking fishy with some scattered birds when the akus struck concurrently.
Mary Ostwinkle gave her Maui sportfishing expertise a thumbs up. Mary has fished with Begin Me Up just before and caught an ono this time out.
Brothers Fred and Blake Billings, traveling to from Texas, have been excited when they came across this mahi close to the ledge off the west facet of Maui.
