eels for pitch bait ?????????

I have heard of utilizing the small ones for whites.Anybody actually used a med to huge to pitch to a blue one.I Assumed about rigging a dead 1 behind pinky or any other massive bait (man a dead one particular in the current wags its @ss off).They have to be used to consuming them, they migrate to the sargasso sea. Any ideas?
