Collaring Tuna

I found a thread from 2007 dealing with this theme. I will not feel a issue was at any time totally answered dealing with MD DNR and collared tuna. For cases have been given as effectively as opinions.

My issue is with DNR checking boats often in O.C. am I heading to have a difficulty with collared tuna. So does anybody know the law if there is 1 or some advice as were to appear?
