www.reefari.com Another awesome fishing trip, More Red emperor I know, but check out these couple of quality fish, caught by Bob. The large red Emperor easily pushing over 10kgs and really made the day. Bob also caught another 9 kilogram fish as well, so no complaints. Some big Nannygai, coral trout and cod made for a good mixed catch. Weather conditions were a bit average on the reef, and Mako our other Steber 41 charter boat caught up with us to have a fish. Take note of the large trout they caught. Believe it or not that was a slow day for us, although any day on the water is a great day and good fun. The more reef fishing we do, the more great spots we’re coming across, it’s hard to take and some of the best fishing I’ve seen on the Great Barrrier Reef.
