“Corals of the Deep” Pt. 2
Changing Seas follows scientists 50 miles offshore on a unique expedition to further pinpoint the locations of these thousand-year-old coral mounds. Using cutting-edge technology, experts from three of the country’s premier ocean research institutions have joined forces to investigate portions of Florida’s seafloor. The science team lives aboard a research vessel for seven days. Their mission: To scan the ocean bottom and create detailed maps using specially built Autonomous Underwater Vehicles or AUVs. Their results could help save Florida’s corals of the deep. But what will they find?

Part 5 Monsters of the Deep – Animal X Natural Mystery Unit
Many believe that huge unidentified monsters lurk in the world’s oceans and waterways. Do remnants of the dinosaur age still exist, and is this what people are seeing off the coast of Wales in Britain and in San Francisco Bay in the USA? The Animal X – Natural Mystery Unit is on the hunt for Monsters of the Deep. Daniel and Natalie talk with eyewitnesses who have videotaped a pod of huge sea serpents. We have the videotape analyzed by an expert who says the tape is not a fake and the monsters are real. So much of the ocean is still unexplored. Could there be large species we are yet to discover? Scientists answer yes – it’s most likely, and they’ve even recorded sounds from the depths of the ocean that they can’t explain. Have you heard of the Bloop? It’s the sound of a huge underwater creature and is the biggest mystery in the ocean today. Could it be the sea monster people have been talking about? They meet the scientists from NOAA a US government agency. Scientists here say the biggest threat to any species in the ocean is over fishing. It’s time for Daniel and Natalie to slip on their wetsuits and scuba gear and go exploring the big blue. Join them as they dive to ‘Aquarius’, the only inner-space station in the depths of the Atlantic Ocean, searching for answers.
Virgin waters deep inside remote jungle. Of course the reality is very much different when you get there. Rain, rising water levels, too much colour, the heat, and of course all the other nasties that live there must also play their part. But a very enjoyable trip none the less, whose primary objective, the catching of a payara was achieved.

Triple Double Spanish Mackerel Hookup!!
www.reefari.com We had a Triple double spanish Mackerel hookup, with some insane fishing action plus heaps more strikes and fishing Kaos, With even one Mackerel taking to the skies trying to avoid being taken. We were on the start of a three day charter, and what a start, whilst on the way to the Great Barrier Reef we thought we’d have a quick troll for some Spanish Mackerel. We ran the lures, and on the Mark, got belted, only 30 seconds and went off. Unreel fun, with 8 spanish mackerel in approximately 45 minutes, and we left them biting. They were all good size school fish in the 7 – 19 Kilo range, not huge, but great sport and great eating at that size. Was an awesome session and everybody was wrapped. The Spanish mackerel fishing has been excellant with some great catches, even up to 14 and 15 on a couple of days. Probably one of the best years on record for Spanish so no complaints, and plenty of great fishing. Please subscribe with heaps more great fishing videos and tips coming. Just done our annual Mothershipping adventure and heaps of big Reds!! Cheers Greg Please check out our spanish Mackerel fishing at http

Illegal Trawlers at Cape Three Points
Foreign fishing fleets are quickly depleting the fishery off the coast of Ghana. They do so with impunity and with no regard for the law of the land. These video clips were recorded very recently but this same fleet is seen frequently all along the coastline. Pleas from local fishermen to the Government of Ghana have not stopped this plunder.
