Cape Canaveral 120 nm buoy?

We had been thinking about making a tuna trip out to the a hundred and twenty buoy overnight in the late winter season or spring time. I was wondering if anyone is aware what time of 12 months is far better or if there is a specific month or week thats ideal. Also what method operates far better? trolling, chunking, or jigging? I’ve heard when it gets great out there, its really good. Do they hold to the buoy or is it just a landmark throughout the stream that everyone runs to?
