It can be hunting a lot more like FALL FISHING! ………… As we dip into the upper 60’s and reduced 70’s we must see fishing on the enhance! ………. SEA MULLET, SPOTS, SPANISH MACKEREL, SPECKLED TROUT, and an occasional POMPANO and BLACK DRUM have all been landed this week, though not in the figures that we like to see! ……….. Congratulations to JIM GREGORY (Cedar Position, NC)–one lb. 14 oz. SEA MULLET …………. NUI VINSON (Jacksonville, NC)–one lb. nine oz. SPECKLED TROUT ……… and CHARLOTTE BECK (Rolesville, NC)–COOLER of SPOTS ………….. A huge wind shift is in retailer for us beginning tomorrow we will see SSW winds altering to NNW- NNE by early weekend. …………. The water temperature is up to 78* appropriate now, but must get started to drop quickly! ……….. The 2011 NC SEAFOOD FESITVAL is this coming weekend there are tons of festivities planned and BIP is obtaining a Household FISHING TOURNAMENT in conjunction with the FESTIVAL! …………. The entry charge is $ five.00 for the SATURDAY &amp SUNDAY BOTTOM FISHING Tourney, and there are six groups of fish that are eligible! ……….. Leading PRIZE for the biggest qualified fish is a 2012 BIP Period Pass! ………. So arrive on down and appreciate the pier ………. WE ARE Open up 24 Hrs! ………… MIKE STANLEY
