Fishing has improved this weekend there ended up elevated catches of SEA MULLET, BLUEFISH, FLOUNDER, POMPANO, and SPANISH MACKEREL! …………… Congratulations to APOLONIO GONZALES-GUEVARA (Lacoma, NC)–four lb. 2 oz. SPANISH MACKEREL ………….. BOBBY BAIN (Rocky Mount, NC)–1 lb. 6 oz., 2 lb. thirteen oz. &amp one lb. twelve oz. FLOUNDERS …………… ANDY PARKS (Jacksonville, NC)–3 lb. SPANISH MACKEREL ………….. JORGE RODRIGUEZ (Hubert, NC)–one lb. nine oz. POMPANO &amp 2 lb. SPADEFISH …………. and DAN COOK (York, PA)–one lb. seven oz. SPADEFISH ………….. The Drinking water TEMPERATURE has dropped a degree or two to 84* (thanks Dr. Bogus), and ideally this will be a pattern given that the air temps will be higher 80’s to reduced 90’s this coming week! …………….. We had some great T-STORMS final night, and it certain was welcome because EMERALD ISLE has not observed much rain this month! ………….
