Bluefish 2 at a time on Surf City Pier

Blues 2 at a time

Went to Surf Town Pier this early morning at 9AM. Not one had caught a Bluefish but soon after the initial forged it was on. I caught great 1-2 lb Blues on virtually every single cast for thirty minutes. Caught 2 on a single Gotcha plug a couple of occasions. It slacked off a minor but picked proper back again up. The fish are coming in waves down the beach. Gotcha plugs in red and white or Electric Chicken ended up the ticket. Some muddy drinking water moved in and the diamond jigs ended up the way to go. I just baked some fillets and they had been nothing at all small of outstanding.

Baked Blues

Butter a baking dish

Lay fillets in skin aspect down

Sprinkle with salt and seasoning (I utilized a jerk seasoning)

Lay tiny bits of butter on best of the fillets

I employed some clean rosemary and thyme out my herb garden as properly

a small white wine in the bottom of the dish.

Bake at 350 deg for twenty minutes.
