BIG ROCK TOURNAMENT DECISION

MOREHEAD Metropolis, N.C. (AP) — A exceptional court judge has dismissed a lawsuit introduced by the owners of the fishing vessel &quotCitation&quot challenging the team’s disqualification from the 2010 Large Rock Tournament.

WNCT-Television reviews the judge concluded that tournament officials had been appropriate to disqualify the boat right after finding 1 of the crew members did not have a state fishing license. Officials had to begin with credited the Citation with a file-setting blue marlin catch in the course of the tournament.

The court says the Citation violated tournament principles and was appropriately disqualified.

The purchase also declares the boat &quotCarnivore&quot as the winner of the tournament, with &quotWet-N-Wild&quot taking 2nd area.
