Bering Sea Canyons: Deep Scars
In 2007, Greenpeace led an ambitious expedition to explore the largest underwater canyons in the Bering Sea using two 1-person submarines and a remotely-operated vehicle. In this sequence, the team encounters the profound destruction left in the path of a fishing trawler, which has clearcut the corals and other life at 1000 feet below the Bering Sea. ExpeditionCasts are a project of 1planet1ocean.
