Oregon Inlet fishing center report 9-20
by Korin
We have had good fishing reports these days from the fleet. Inshore there was quite excellent speckled trout fishing right now with really a couple of keepers, unfortunatly no photos however. Offshore we had some wonderful catches of yellowfin tuna and a couple of dolphin. Tomorrow we should have a handful of pictures of the catch.

"Fall in a Hurry?" | Tiberias – 22′ | 09/20/11
Steven, Tom, and Jeff joined me for a 50 percent day fishing trip this early morning. There has been a huge change in situations! Very last week we have been even now fishing in 84 degree water and this morning it was 73 degrees. The mullet minnows are so thick you can just about throw a forged net blind folded and even now catch a livewell entire. Shrimp are still keeping in the shallow creeks and they are consuming measurement! We had plenty of bait, we just essential to uncover something to try to eat it. The tide was a tiny gradual to get shifting this morning, but as soon as it did, the fish commenced biting. Our very first fish of the day broke the line immediately. No concerns! Tom followed it up with an additional bite, but I wrote it off as a stingray the way it was fighting. Jeff also hooked up whilst Tom was fighting his mystery fish. I could notify Jeff had what we were hunting for, REDFISH! We landed Jeff’s very first redfish just in the slot, 26 inches and some alter. Meanwhile, Tom is still functioning on his fish as I am attempting to get Steven in much better postion for a hook up. Tom hollers out, it is a REDFISH! Ultimately, Tom landed our 2nd fish of the day, 28 inches and some change, above the slot. We moved close to a bit and found many more fish in the center of the slot, 22 inches to twenty five inches. It was a fantastic day on the water, we landed twenty+ redfish on are living mullet and shrimp. Fall is here and the fish are feeding hard! Give Capt. Jeff or myself a get in touch with and we will get you hooked up! See ya on the water!

Canyon Runner Real Time Report – Epic??? – 47 Longfin in 3 Hours
The Canyon Runner crew obtained back again out right now – we did not fish the weather windows last week as we did not really feel we had enough time to track down the fish in the window the weather authorized. Turns out we have been incorrect as it only took the men 2 hours to uncover them. The moment they did it was recreation on.
Trolling for 3 several hours produced 22 Longfin on the 48 Viking with Capt. Mark at the helm and 25 longfin on the 60′ Ritchie Howell "Blue Runner" with Capt. Joe Miele at the helm.
There had been so many longfin that the charter begged for relief and asked us to cease fishing for them. So out went the huge lures and they pulled away from the educational institutions of longfin searching for a big eye proper now as I type this.
We have a few open spots on each boats this weekend and up coming week so please email me if you are intrigued – adam@canyonrunner.com or call me at 732-272-4445.
