With Capt. Keith at the helm, Team Instigator headed out of Small River Inlet at six:30am looking of bait on the seaside. The method was to look for bait till seven:30am, and fish the Myrtle Seashore Rocks. If bait could not be identified, we would operate offshore to area that Capt.
