Tuna Fever fishing report Manteo 10-10

So right now I hauled my friend Shelby and her pony Chloe out to the west facet of Richmond to a horse display and i obtained to try to eat a late lunch and dinner afterwards at Pierces! Ahhhh!!! Maxwell and Bert took the Glassfords out yet again these days – tough again and they were sporty – and the crew headed east of the inlet nowadays for massive forty to 60 pounders:-) Woooweeee! Now I will inform you that the bite for schooling tuna 1s on to the southard still, Jamie Phideaux caught a restrict! On a far more individual be aware – I feel maxwell needs to be adopted by the Glassofrds…nicer people I will not believe he has actually met …numerous many thanks to Pat and Mike and Patrtick and Joe and the great ladies who called the residence that I spoke to and a protected trip residence to all! Tight Lines!.

Rough as a cob nowadays but the Galssford Loved ones from South Dakota ended up a pack of vikings! Billy was lamenting that he went south this early morning and received in the pups but he really should have had adequate courage just to go east of the Inlet due to the fact when items dried up down south he ran up there and caught the tail stop of the bite. And they ended up the boscoes!!! He figures if he had adequate, effectively you know, they would have spent the day there and maybe gotten out of the rough early…but in the conclude they caught ’em up and had six huge yellowfin to go with the smaller sized types. Wonderful!!! Restricted Lines!

Boscoes infant!!!! Finally, October has arrived. Bert and the boys heade south for the rest of yesterday’s bite and then maxwell acquired a wild hair and headed up – east of the inlet – exactly where he truly founfd the body fat ones. fifty to 65 pounders and planty of them. In the stop there had been eight 30 pounders and I believe Billy explained five or so bigguns….I got a picture on my phone that I will download and set up for you…Wonderful!!!! Tight Lines!

My aged (he’s not outdated I have just identified him for a extended time) buddy Bert Shaffner came fishimng right now with some of his club buddies from up in Maryland…they go once more tomorrow. Nowadays they set out on the five hundred in 550 fathoms and has a single of these miracle landings. The crew had their restrict of nice yellowfin by 10 am and have been on their way property! Really neat! Restricted Lines! Oh, I had a Friday open up yesterday…October 21 which is in a couple weeks and the only Friday we have until November 18. Arrive fishing…its nice!

So we weren’t booked right now but we received the phone from Capt Brynner that the Smoker was possessing some boueux and Billy satisfied Brynner’s crew when they limped in and received them proper back out to the bite. They had a remarkably wonderful day contemplating they were about 3 hrs late to the celebration…the old leave driving, remain at the rear of did not maintain a whole lot of h2o today even though and the crew managed a good catch of yellowfin in between the 500 and the 530. They trolled in between 200 and 300 fathoms and the tuna ranged from above 30 pounders to two body fat kinds at 40 and forty five (17 yellowfin in all) and a nice catch of blackfin on best. No dolphin these days but thats all proper.
Maxwell did some hunting more than the weekend and in fact shot a bobcat with a musket…I place a photograph up on the gallery since apparently this is a unusual seize. We are just studying about hunting so a tiny beginners luck for my gentleman..and congrats Billy! Tight Lines!
