9-22-11 …… THURSDAY …… It can be A Mixed BAG! ……

The wind has shifted to the SE for the past day or so this has had an effect on fish species ……… SPECKLED TROUT, SEA MULLET, POMPANO, BLUEFISH, Puppy DRUM, and even a few SPANISH MACKEREL have all been picked up in right now ………. Congratulations to ALLEN SKINNER (Clinton, NC)–three lb. Puppy DRUM …………. BOBBY TYNDALL (Kinston, NC)–two lb. ten oz. SPECKLED TROUT ………… MIKE RISTER (Millshoales, IL)–3 lb. 2 oz. BLUEFISH ………….. Invoice LEE, LORI &amp TAYLOR SMITH (LaGrange, NC)–COOLER of SPOTS &amp POMPANO …………….. TAM LE (Cape Carteret, NC)–one lb. 12 oz. SPECKLED TROUT ……….. VICKIE BASS (Lucama, NC)–1 lb. twelve oz. BLUEFISH …………. NUI VINSON (Jacksonville, NC)–1 lb. 6 oz. SPECKLED TROUT ………….. and TAYLOR SMITH (LaGrange, NC)–7 oz. SPOT …………. The vast majority of these fish were caught on both SHRIMP or FISHBITES (synthetic worms) and have been occurring a lot more toward mid-day via late evening ………….. We are expecting a wind shift (and slight awesome-down) on Saturday, with a far more NW flip. …………. This need to begin the SPOTS again, and the POMPANO will be welcome, as well! …………. So come on down this weekend, it looks like great fishing h2o in advance! ……….. We are working challenging to get logistics in place for the upcoming PIER REBUILD, so just hang in there and we’ll be again on monitor with a new finish rather quickly! ………… SEE YOU Quickly! …………..
