There has also been a handful of nice dimensions sea mullet on the Frisco beach. Down around Hatteras Inlet there were some wonderful bluefish and some spanish mackerel. Inshore the boats are catching some speckled trout. We have a bit of windy weather coming tonight. A small north-easter is right here right up until Sunday. Right now on Hatteras Island the climate was sunny and warm with light south-west winds at 5 mph and substantial temperatures in the mid 80&#8242s. Out at Cape Stage there are still spanish mackerel and bluefish becoming caught. The Frisco beach had some respectable swells from Tropical Storm Maria so fishing was sluggish. We only had some little bluefish documented. Down close to the Inlet at Hatteras there ended up some decent bluefish caught. Inshore the gray and speckled trout fishing was good. There had been plenty of 4 and 5 lb bluefish caught also. Nothing from the gulf stream but. Hopefully this weekend.
