Wahoo At The Stream 9-10-11 Out Of Southport, NC Fishing MAD 6

Our first 12 months participating in the MAD occasion. We assistance our troops and could not think of a much better way to do it by taking a few of these heroes out for a day’s fishing.
There were five of us on the Huge Mama. Myself, Matt (bambam), my thirteen year aged son and our 2 military men Mike &amp Mike.

Fairly snotty heading out to the stream. Place the lines in five miles quick of the Blackjack. The h2o was a small dirty seeking and trolled in the direction of the steeples. As soon as the water cleared up we had a brief strike. Had 4 brief strikes on the J hook rigs and Matt switched to the super Huff stinger rig, which enabled us to land a great wahoo.
Hooked a white marlin which came unglued. Landed five skipjack tuna &amp false albys.

Had a wonderful day on the drinking water and could not feel of a greater trigger.

Did 171 miles and averaged 2.44mpg
