28 XF Albemarle snap roll?? Any fixes??Cabo FS

Hello guys, I purchased a 28 Albe that I actually like it except for the extremely serious rolling in a beam sea equally anchored or drifting ( unsafe for my grandkids and fellow senior citizens). How have some of you solved this problem. Do the spray aids? Rocker stopper’s help?
Secondly my 1998 45 Cabo, $ 284k is still for sale and I’m a two boat proprietor now who actually needs to market her. See pic’s at
