Shoals on Hooch

On Saturday my mom has a fly fishing clinic all around Johnson Ferry Bridge. I may go and fly fish with my new five#. Does anybody know of any shoals or places I could fly fish in the immediate vacinity, or does anyone want to meet me and take me on the river?
